Check Out & Service Desk

1. We have 22 checkouts including 8 express lanes and a kiosk.
2. Phones, toilets, children's safety seats, trolley dividers for fragile goods, a baby room and disabled facilities are available.
3. We'll listen to any comment you have, at our permanently staffed customer service desk.
4. We sell Telecom & Vodafone Pre-Paid phone cards & Phone box cards, books of stamps & New Zealand Post Bags.

Payments

1. Means of Payment= We offer Cash, EFTPOS and Credit Card facilities on all 22 checkouts.
2. Credit Cards accepted are Visa, Master Card, Bankcard, American Express and Diners Club.
3. Cheques are not accepted unless accompanied with an 'Always Card' or prior approval has been arranged with management.
4. An A.T.M machine is situated in the foyer for cash withdrawals, account balances and other Credit Card withdrawals.

Parking

1. Undercover Parking- Forget the weather! With easy access from 80 underground parks out of a total of 200 you'll stay dry, and so will your shopping.
2. We also offer full wheel chair access and carparks

Selection

1. Wellington City New World offers a wide selection of ready to go snacks & meals including fresh fruit, hot foods and salads plus bakery and delicatessen items.
2. A large selection of local & international wines & beers is available 7 days 7am-Midnight.
